Mahalo Heating and Air Conditioning

BP Media Solutions serves as Mahalo’s advertising agency, handling the company’s advertising budget. BP Media redistributed the budget to include digital elements like Streaming (OTT) Television in a large regional area, radio in two markets, social media advertising and profile management, website management, and producing video content for their YouTube Channel.

Klamath County Government

In a unique partnership, BP Media Solutions is the marketing arm of the Klamath County Board of Commissioners. BP Media is responsible for several communications projects including the promotion of the public alert system Civic Ready, using social media messaging and advertising. During the COVID pandemic, BP Media provided strategic communications support.

Winston-Dillard School District

Over a nine-month period in 2018, BP Media Solutions developed a budget, timeline, and campaign for a $36 million bond levy for Douglas High School in Winston, Oregon. The levy passed 70%-30% in a region notorious for rejecting tax measures. The campaign included video production, social media advertising, brochure production, direct mail, working with the state elections division for Safe Harbor approval, filings with the state, consistent updates with the school board, and advising the PAC with campaign strategy.

Since the win in Winston, BP Media Solutions has overseen successful campaigns in Tenmile and Glendale, Oregon and has been hired to manage bond levies in Sutherlin and Roseburg, Oregon.

Festival of Lights

The Umpqua Valley Festival of Lights is a long standing tradition that requires a unique approach to marketing. BP Media Solutions designs and produces everything from posters, tickets, and programs to billboard, print, radio, and TV advertising. The Festival of Lights has also benefited from a shift toward digital methods like geo-fencing, demographic, and psychographic banner ads, YouTube ads, and OTT or Streaming television advertising. The Festival of Lights also includes reporting to the local Rotary committee, and the scrutiny and responsibility that comes with managing an important legacy community event.

Big O Tires

Big O Tires Since 2015, BP Media has generated videos for Facebook and YouTube, and managed the TV and Radio messaging and advertising budgets for a local Big O store. The local owner has relied on BP Media Solutions to take the lead on developing specials, adding local tags to corporate video collateral, handling co-op, and coaching local managers on being on camera.

Big O Tires is a good example of the cross-over between a national franchise and local ownership, which can sometimes be complicated.

B&D Meats

Since the beginning of 2017, BP Media Solutions has generated thousands of dollars in new business for B&D Meats by creating a simple website where customers could order products online. The lead generation funnel started with effective social media messaging and advertising and ends with an email that hits the owner’s phone, letting him know every time another order has arrived.

Kailani Tours Hawaii

For two years, BP Media Solutions advised Kailani Tours with website management, reputation management, lead generation, social media management, contesting and national advertising efforts to sell volcano tours on the Big Island in Hawaii. With BP Media, Kailani Tours experienced tremendous success, growing from a small tour company in 2015 to reaching more than $2 million dollars in revenue in 2017.
